Onesimus is a private, invite-only personal assistant. It keeps only what it needs to help you, keeps it to your own account, and never sells it.
What Onesimus stores
- Your account: name, email, mobile number, settings, and a hashed password.
- What you give it: messages, reminders, medicines, events, tasks, notes, prayer requests and the facts you ask it to remember (you can view, edit or delete them on the Memory page).
- Usage records (token counts and estimated cost) so the owner can see what the service costs.
Voice is streamed for the conversation and not stored as audio; the text of the conversation is kept so Onesimus can follow up.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Onesimus reads your events and free/busy times and creates, changes or deletes events only when you ask it to. It does not share calendar data with anyone and does not use it for advertising. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect anytime in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Who processes data for Onesimus
- Supabase (database, Singapore region) and Vercel (hosting, Singapore region).
- OpenAI (understanding text, voice and images you send; not used to train their models under API terms).
- Semaphore (sending reminder text messages to your number) and, if you link it, Telegram.
Your choices
You can delete any memory, reminder, note or event in the app, disconnect Google, and ask for your whole account to be deleted by emailing cgccjustin@gmail.com. Onesimus never stores passwords, PINs or card numbers in memory.
